What to do next?
Simply call, e mail us direct or fill in our on-line enquiry form. We will then contact you and either send out some fabric samples of the colours you are interested in or arrange an appointment for you to visit our showroom.
How to confirm your booking
To secure your booking a deposit is required. Once this is received the date is secured and you will receive confirmation in writing. Final payment is only required 3 weeks before your wedding, so you only pay for exactly what you need.
What payment methods do you accept?
*Cash, *Cheques, Postal Orders and All Major Debit and Credit Cards
* Cash and Cheque payments only are accepted for Creative Cover Hire – North Lakes and Cumbria
Do I have a bond to pay, what happens if there are any damages?
We do not request a bond, as we manufacture our own chair covers, sashes and linen and can simply replace anything at no cost to you.
Not sure of exact numbers or colours yet – can I still make a booking?
Yes, we would recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. When you have confirmed your colours you can then arrange to come and see us at our showroom. Colours can be decided up to 5 weeks before your wedding date. Final numbers are required 3 weeks in advance.
